Samhain Blessings + Scorpio Season

Sending deep Samhain blessings my dear sweet Beloved’s! Happy Halloween Season!
The seasons have officially shifted once again, and we find ourselves within my favorite time of the year - Scorpio Season. Samhain. Halloween. All Hollows Eve. Devil’s Night. All Saint’s Day. Día de Muertos. As well as, my 38th birthday on Nov 1st.
Samhain is the midpoint between the Fall Equinox|Mabon and the Winter Solstice|Yuletide. Samhain was actually considered the first day of winter in the old days where there were only two seasons considered- Winter & Summer.
Samhain is a time where we find ourselves moving through the Death phase of the seasonal cycle on our Witches Wheel of the Year.
Where the veil between worlds is thin. Where our ancestors and passed loved ones are closer to us. This is a beautiful time to think of our loved ones who have crossed over, so we can honor, witness and cherish the lives they have lived. Whether you want to find your favorite photo & create an altar in tribute or light a candle and place in your window sill, any gestures of commemoration will be felt by the spirit world during this time. At the end of this Museletter, I have my own commemoration section to those who I’d like to call out to, in honor of, and hold space for, including their loved ones who are still with us that hold them dearly in their hearts.
As Above, So Below.
While the veil is lifted, the unseen presses upon us more intimately and we are able to sense into the aether around us. We are able to connect with its’ magic, wisdom & power more deeply. The energy around us is potent, healing & mysterious.
As we cross through the threshold of Samhain, we also have the opportunity to collaborate with a New Moon in Scorpio on November 1st @ 7:47 AM CT.
New Moons are the start or beginning of the Moon’s cycle, and it’s a beautifully potent time to set new intentions for the next 29.5 days. (We will actually have 2 New Moons this month, with the next being on November 30th, known as a Black New Moon.)
We doubling down in this fixed Scorpionic energy! This New Moon in Scorpio is asking us to really reflect on the desires we want to call into our life. To take stock of our resources and to RELEASE what is no longer serving us, so we can make room for what is new to come in.
There are a lot of ways to ruminate and set intentions. But for this Scorpio New Moon, I highly recommend getting comfortable with visiting your Underworld.
Some of you may ask, ‘uhhhh What do you mean by MY Underworld?”
This is a sacred ritual. Of moving past your ego and mental landscape that you normally find yourself in throughout your day to day… and swimming deeper into your depths of your own psyche & connecting with your emotional bodies.
This looks like personal ceremony. Of creating a safe container & calling upon your spirit team in order to sit with your welcomed shadows. Wrapping your arms around the parts of you that deserve attention. Witnessing parts of you that wish to hide or scream or cry or sing. And pouring compassion & understanding into yourself, so a deeper personal acceptance is possible.
The more time we traverse the landscape of our personal underworlds:
= the more revelations and treasure we bring back up from our depths.
= the more we can not only heal & understand, but we actively accept our whole selves of who we are in this very moment. The Good, The Bad, The Ugly, The Beautiful. Healing is not our purpose, living true to yourself in this moment is.
= the more we can be intrinsically aligned and trust the actionable choices we make for ourselves externally.
= the more we evolve, and can be present for this life we are living. And not be stuck in the past or future.
= the more we can intentionally step into our worlds and create positive change.
We are here on this beautiful spinning rock called Mother Earth, to experience as much life as we can in a deep, meaningful way. We do this to be in true connection with each other, and to provide empathy & support to the collective. The more true we are to ourselves, the better we are for the world. And we all know this world, our world needs it. This world needs you.

My spooky girls, ghouls, witches and mystics! It has been some months since our last Sacred Daze Museletter correspondence!
Your Northwoods Mystical Witch has been all work, no play for quite some time this year, alas capitalism. My day job in advertising can be all consuming for months & months on end. And while I’ve recently climbed the ladder and was promoted to Executive Producer - HOLLA! a very long standing personal goal of mine - the time & investment spent has unfortunately deterred a lot of my mystical work with Sacred Saturdaze Outpost, as well as Sacred Daze Museletter & Podcast.
I’m able to celebrate my achievements, all the while understanding that I’m expanding past my career goals and moving further into my creative vocation.
Collectively, 2024 has been the ‘Year of Strength’ (VIII in Tarot). This year has called upon our courage to be more heart centered. This has shifted my priorities to being more & more focused and invested in the magic, the liminal, the spiritual+creative connection, and the occult & esoteric. On a personal level, my North Star for 2024 that I have been deeply moving through is ‘Trusted Initiation’ energy. It has been continuing to open up and present new revelations to me in such a beautiful way. New community, new home, new lifestyle, new found callings, new friends, new awakenings, new rituals, new connections, new experiences, new practices, new challenges, new animals!, new passions, new depths - just to name a few! All of this is possible because I’ve become deeply rooted in trusting myself, and staying receptive to the co-creation & relationship I have to nature & the divine.
A lot of 2025 Visioning work has already begun. I’m excited to keep investing my time and energy into this sacred space! The calling is coming in LOUD & CLEAR.
SACRED SATURDAZE OUTPOST UPDATES
^*^ Sacred Saturdaze Outpost held a Tarot | Tea | Treats event earlier this October, along with The Meadows, an art gallery/artist community space in our sweet & magical town of Ely!
It was such a beautiful way to be introduced to more folks in the community, spend time with the magic-curious and connect through the Art of Tarot!
Over the span of 2 days we did 17 tarot readings! HUZZAH! It was honestly such a blast and a validating moment for not only to the wonderful people I met (Shout out to Abby & The Meadows!), but to the beautiful magic of Tarot. Tarot can show up as such a medicinal tool that is not only tangible & accessible but powerful & personal. Looking forward to more collaborations with community in the future!

|*| Grief is a deep emotion that is hard to be in as it’s so uncomfortable, devastating and painful. But it’s important not to bypass or avoid. Because in the grief, there is such deep medicine of love and remembrance. It’s proof of our lived existence in connection to one another, and how profound our loved ones can have an impact on our hearts, and growth and souls. It’s proof to how deep you can love and how precious this life, this moment, every moment is. Celebrate your loved ones & give them big physical or spiritual this Samhain. Think of your loved ones who have passed but still are with you, as they are imprinted on your hearts forever & ever.
