Hey there my beloved’s,

Happy sweet Summer Solstice and Happy Strawberry Full Moon in Capricorn. I hope you are are staying cool in this hot heat wave, as we find ourselves at the peak power of the Sun. Over 15 hours of sunlight! What a delicious, yummy time that we can lean into right now. We are stepping out into our full expression in celebration of life! Illuminating our hearts and the parts of us that deserve to take the spotlight.

I am sending you so much love on this High Holidaze of Litha. Summer Solstice. Midsummer.

My usual process for each podcast episode is to research & obsess, meditate & write, laugh & record and then hardcore edit each Sabbat. I had planned to go live a few days prior to the Solstice. And while I did do the research and I have been writing and I recorded most of the episode, I found myself faltering & losing steam during the edit. My energy level wasn’t matching the expectations of what I wanted to bring forth to you. And to be honest I’ve been nonstop crazed these past few weeks while ramping up for a 3 week travel extravaganza of back to back family reunions, and a high octane, crazed work trip following right after.

With Sacred Saturdaze Outpost being a deep passion of mine - and truly where I want to spend ALL MY TIME, it is sometimes hard to balance its creative output with the amount of intention & care I want to give to it. My day job being a freelance producer is nonstop & this year personally, with so many new experiences settling into our new lives in the wild north…le sigh, I couldn’t finish this episode on time. The feeling of Summer has us like busy bumble bees (like a lot of us!), when I just want to lounge and watch the leaves dance along the wind and listen to all the birds gossip to each other. I’m sorry my dear loved ones, I had to decide to step away from this episode for the High Holiday of Summer Solstice, to try and enjoy a bit of it for myself & honor my nervous system. I hope you know that I’m sending you big, big sun hugs and sun kisses during this sacred threshold.
